Love, How is it?

Love takes up where knowledge leaves off -Saint Thomas AquinasWho can really define love, we dont see things as they are, we see things as we are, for every person, love can be different, and to another person your view of love can be seen as somewhat distorted or stupid, but does that mean that it isnt real? However a loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge, so each individual must take the journy, to discover themselves, what love truely is. All i know is love is that thing that is missing a lot of peoples lifes, that thing that makes them feel empty and apathetic,  for life without love, is not life at all." -Shaun Wood Thursday, January 05, 2006.

These are the words from a blog i made earlier in the year, at the time i was single, i was confused, apethetic. When i spoke about love being missing in most peoples lives i was refering to myself. I was to scared to admitt that i wanted love, i was naive, and stupid and my attitude towards relationships was that they are a waste of time, that i was young and all i was ment to be doing was having a good time, getting drunk and hooking up with as many chicks as possible. However all these stupid feelings came to a halt when a special girl entered my life. Love really did take up for where knowledge left off. Looking back at it now it is amazing how me and the girl i now call my GIRLFRIEND came together. I am not a strong beleiver in fate and destiny but sometimes i wonder if there is some sort of force that pulls two people together. It seemed so unlikely, that is me and my GIRLFRIEND getting together however it happend and it was magical.

Love is still a mystory to me, and i still do not beleive that it can be easily defined, however in my context i must tell you what love means to me. Love is when i see her smile, hear her laugh and watch her cry, love has become my everything and life without this love, would truely not be life at all.
